A new small office space rental business is under construction and plans to open in Leander this fall.

According to owner Chris Schwendenmann, Beginnings Inc. will open at 660 S. Bagdad Road, Ste. 220, Leander, by November 2020.


The small office rentals will offer four startup spaces for entrepreneurs from 100-150 square feet. The minimum lease is six months, according to the business's website.
