The DeLeon Barber College team will offer free haircuts for children returning to school. Other activities will include bounce houses, snow cones, food and beverages.

Lone Star Circle of Care will offer 3D mobile mammography services for people ages 40 and older. Those seeking services cannot have been screened in the past year, must not be breastfeeding or pregnant, can independently walk up and down stairs, and should not be experiencing any obvious breast issues including lumps, discharge or pain. Appointments must be scheduled in advance online or by phone at 512-303-1200, as walk-up services are not available.

Funded by the Bastrop Cultural Arts Commission, local resident Patrick “Pac Man” Perez will host the inaugural event featuring a dance showcase, all-styles dance competitions, and more, accompanied by San Antonio-based DJ AceThunda. A Q&A session will also be provided, with interpretations in both Spanish and American Sign Language.

The Abigail E. Keller Foundation will host a fundraising soiree to continue supporting children with medical conditions and their families.
