Jersey Mike's Subs, a popular chain sandwich shop, is getting ready to launch a new store in Spring near Riley Fuzzel Road and Rayford Road, according to a filing.

According to project filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations, the tenant is expected to renovate a 1,343-square-foot retail location off Riley Fuzzel Road. The $300,000 renovation is set to begin on Aug. 17 and is expected to wrap on Sept. 21.
