Bar Bludorn in The Woodlands will open on Waterway Avenue Oct. 2, said Aaron Bludorn, chef and partner of Bludorn Hospitality Group.
The gist
The restaurant will offer signature entrees inspired by American bistro dining with a touch of Texas. According to a news release, the space, designed by Gensler, brings forward the same character as the original location while establishing its own sense of identity for The Woodlands.
"Expanding beyond Central Houston is a big step for us, and Howard Hughes Communities has been a great partner to take it with," Bludorn said. "We are excited to introduce a menu and experience that reflect The Woodlands while still delivering the same Houston-inspired hospitality our guests know from Bar Bludorn in Memorial.”
Bar Bludorn in The Woodlands is intended to build on the spirit of the original Houston location while offering a distinctive take on the menu as well as new additions to the experience such as a private dining room and outdoor patio seating. Guests can expect Bar Bludorn signatures alongside new dishes from chef Aaron Bludorn.
