Construction is underway on a new PNC Bank location on Riley Fuzzel Road in Spring, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

PNC Bank is a national bank with branches across the United States. The bank offers affordable home loans, small business lending programs and financing for projects that create jobs and new rental housing. Construction on the estimated $1.5 million project will start in February, according to TDLR.
