Motorcycle-themed coffee shop, Cold Start Coffee now open in Spring

Stephanie Lopez co-owner of Cold Start Coffee said the motorcycle-themed coffee shop held a grand opening event on Oct. 11. The shop is owned by Stephanie Lopez, Oscar Lopez and Marshall Doreen.

Community Impact previously reported the coffee shop planned to open in the summer.

What they offer

Cold Start Coffee offers coffee, small bites, pastries and has plans to serve wine and beer once the establishment attains a license.

"Cold Start Coffee was built from a simple idea: create a place where people can come together, enjoy great coffee and feel like they belong," Stephanie Lopez said. "As owners, we wanted to create something that reflected the things we love ... Whether you ride a motorcycle, drive a sports car, bring your family, meet a friend, stop in on your way to work or simply want a good cup of coffee, you are welcome here."

What else?

With a love for coffee, cars, motorcycles and community, Cold Start Coffee officials said the cafe also welcomes pets.

"Our goal is for Cold Start Coffee to become more than a place to grab a drink. We want it to be a place where conversations start, friendships grow, families spend time together and people have a reason to come back," Stephanie Lopez said.
