A local Mexican restaurant has plans to open by Nov. 16, restaurant officials said. Per previous Community Impact reporting, the restaurant planned to open in the fall of this year. 

Owned by Juan Pablo Villalobos, ALTIRO Mexican Fast plans to offer authentic Mexican cuisine inspired by Mexico City.
