Construction on a two-building business park in Spring is expected to wrap up by the end of summer, commercial real estate firm Stream Realty Partners announced in a Dec. 16 news release.

The Summit Grove Business Park will total more than 217,000 square feet near the intersection of the Grand Parkway and I-45, per the release.
The development is designed for small to mid-size tenants, with convenient access to fast-growing areas beyond the Spring community, including The Woodlands, Tomball and Conroe, the release states.
