Shoot 360, a revolutionary basketball training facility, is expanding its reach to Leander with a brand-new location at 2081 S. Hwy. 183.

Known for its gamified, tech-driven approach, Shoot 360 is transforming the way athletes of all ages and skill levels improve their basketball skills. With over 30 locations worldwide and plans for more in the Austin area within the next three years, Shoot 360 offers an unmatched training experience that blends advanced technology with expert coaching.

The Leander facility will host a soft opening Jan. 25, offering local athletes the opportunity to experience its innovative technology and coaching. The official grand opening will be Feb. 1, marking a new chapter in basketball training for the Austin area.

At the core of Shoot 360 is a unique blend of real-time data and fun, interactive games.

Using a high-speed camera system and proprietary IP, the technology tracks key shot elements, such as arc, alignment and depth. This data is then analyzed with machine learning to provide instant visual feedback, allowing players to adjust their technique on the spot.

The system also includes game-like features, such as sound effects that celebrate perfect shots and automatic rebounding machines that quickly return the ball, enabling players to get more repetitions in less time. This setup allows players to take significantly more shots—while a traditional 2-hour team practice might provide a player 50 shots, Shoot 360 enables up to 300 or more shots in 30-minutes.

The technology behind Shoot 360 is groundbreaking. Developed by NASA scientists and Carnegie Mellon professors, over 200 million basketball shots were analyzed to identify the key factors that lead to a successful shot. The system uses this vast dataset to analyze shots in real-time, providing athletes with precise insights on their form and technique. With this technology, players can refine their shots instantly based on scientifically backed data, eliminating the need to wait for coach reviews or review hours of footage.

Along with the advanced tech, Shoot 360’s professional coaches offer personalized guidance tailored to each player’s goals and skill level. Coaches help athletes interpret the data and apply age and skill level appropriate techniques to the learnings to improve their performance in a fun, supportive environment.

Shoot 360 offers a unique combination of fun and precision, helping players of all levels elevate their game to the next level.

Common questions

Who is Shoot 360 for?

Franchise co-owner Ed Arcinue:
Shoot 360 is for everyone—from beginners who can walk and dribble, to NBA players. We work with all skill levels, helping players improve at their own pace.

Why should people choose Shoot 360 for their basketball training?

Franchise co-owner Priscilla Hervey:
Shoot 360 combines advanced technology with personalized coaching. Our system gives real-time, data-driven feedback to help you improve faster, while our coaches ensure you get one-on-one support in every session. It's a fun, effective way to take your game to the next level.

Is Shoot 360 a single-player experience, or are there multiple people on the court at once?

Hervey:
Each player has their own dedicated training unit, consisting of one bay for 30-minutes of shooting, and another bay for 30-minutes of dribbling, ball handling and passing. Floor coaches float between the bays, so each athlete gets focused attention without waiting turns, competing for space or feeling self-conscious relative to other athletes, while maximizing their reps and feedback.

What are the memberships, and how do I sign up?

Arcinue:
Memberships start at $149 per month for four one-hour sessions, including 15 minutes of personalized coaching. Premium memberships offer more coaching and sessions. We recommend you visit the facility so we can figure out which plan is best for you. You can also begin making deposits now for founder’s memberships, which offer discounts and exclusive benefits. Call us at 737-345-4226 or visit our website to get started.

Can you track your progress and keep data over time?

Arcinue:
Yes, every shot you take is tracked and stored in your personal profile. You can see your progress over time, with data on your shot accuracy, arc, alignment and depth. It’s all accessible through the Shoot 360 mobile app, allowing you to monitor improvements and make adjustments as you go.
