Fans of high school football may watch two games featuring top high school football players—all in one day, in one place. The All-American Bowl showcases the nation’s best seniors, followed by the San Antonio Sports All-Star Football Game, which has standout local players in action.

Elvis' birthday celebration

La Hacienda de Los Barrios will host an Elvis Presley birthday party benefiting the Autism Treatment Center. The Rick Cavender Band will perform some of Elvis’ famed songs as attendees will enjoy food, a silent auction and Elvis trivia.Hollywood Park community forum

Brackenridge Park workshop

The city of San Antonio will host a community workshop regarding the future of Brackenridge Park. Participants will learn about the work of the Stakeholder Advisory Committee to develop new guiding principles and evaluation criteria. The city will also launch a new online survey at this meeting that will be available through the month of January.
