The average prices of homes listed for sale in the two New Braunfels ZIP codes over the past six months were in the $345,000-$600,000 range.
In March 2025, the majority of homes sold in both New Braunfels ZIP codes were in the $300,000 to $499,999 price range.
In March, year-over-year median home prices increased in the 78130 ZIP code, but slightly decreased in the 78132 ZIP code.
The number of homes under contract increased by about 34% in the 78130 ZIP code and 45% in the 78132 ZIP code.
