Home sales are on the rise in New Braunfels, data shows

The number of homes sold increased by 46.5% in the 78130 ZIP code. In the 78132 ZIP code, the number of homes sold also increased, according to the most recent data compiled by the Four Rivers Association of Realtors.

The average price of homes listed for sale in the two New Braunfels ZIP codes over the past six months were around the $334,000-$609,000 range.

Approximately 249 homes sold in the 78130 ZIP code and 133 homes sold in the 78132 ZIP code.

In June, year-over-year median home prices decreased by 8% in the 78130 ZIP code. Median home prices also dipped by 1.6% in the 78132 ZIP code.

The number of homes under contract increased by 36% year over year in the 78130 ZIP code.

Homes spent the same amount of time on the market in the 78130 ZIP code year over year.

The number of homes listed for sale in the 78130 ZIP code increased year over year and decreased slightly in the 78132 ZIP code.
