Each year, the Randolph Area Christian Assistance Program accepts applications for its Back-to-School Program, which assists local students in need with preparing for the upcoming school year.

What you need to know

Applications opened on July 15 and will close on Aug. 9. To qualify, applicants must be families with limited or no income who are at or below the federal poverty level. Applicants must also live in the following ZIP codes: 78108, 78109, 78132, 78148, 78154, 78247, 78233 (Live Oak only) or 78266.

Applicants must provide the following documentation:
  • Photo ID
  • Social Security cards for everyone in the household. Passports, birth certificates or current year tax forms will also be accepted.
  • Proof of residence within the RACAP service area, such as a current utility bill or lease
  • Proof of all income and benefits for everyone in the household

Applications must be submitted with the listed documentation in person. The organization is located at 307 Pfeil St., Schertz.
