About the project
Legacy at Veramendi—which broke ground in 2022—began pre-leasing in August and residents were able to move in in January. The development was built by NE Development and is being managed by NE Property Management, Property Manager Danielle Saulle told Community Impact.
Project details
The project has 324 units across 11 buildings and offers a mix of studio apartments and one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Each unit is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a full-size washer and dryer.
“Some units have walk-in showers and some units have yards,” Saulle added.
Legacy at Veramendi has a variety of amenities including a resort-style pool, outdoor kitchen 24-hour fitness center and pet spa. Saulle added they do not have any breed or weight restrictions for pets.
