The update
The 8-story, 150-key hotel, located along the Guadalupe River at 738 I-35 N. frontage road, will be opening in January 2027, according to its website and Sales Coordinator Adriana Canales.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott New Braunfels River Village, developed by Oldham Goodwin, will feature Fort Worth-based Tex-Mex restaurant Paloma Suerte. Paloma Suerte serves birria tacos, enchiladas, fajitas and more.
The hotel will also feature a two-tier pool equipped with a bar and private cabanas, along with a 1,328-square-foot fitness center. SpringHill Suites by Marriott New Braunfels River Village will also have 4,400 square feet of event space, as previously reported by Community Impact.
