First Watch expects to open a second Richardson location in February at 202 W. Campbell Road. The daytime cafe serves made-to-order breakfast, brunch and lunch items using farm-fresh ingredients. It also offers breakfast cocktails, coffee, tea and juices. www.firstwatch.com
