Work to add another turn lane at the intersection of US 380 and Coit Road has begun.
The Prosper project started right on schedule, according to the town’s capital improvement projects database.
Contractors were able to start construction on an additional left-turn lane for the Coit Road and US 380 intersection the week of Feb. 5, according to the project database.
The details
Plans for the intersection include updating existing traffic signals, adding new pavement, modifying striping and signage, and restoring vegetation and irrigation once construction wraps up.
The $250,000 project is funded by the town of Prosper and is expected to finish sometime in late spring, according to the project database.
