2026 Streets and Alleys Rehabilitation Project
Project: The project consists of reconstruction of existing deteriorated street and alley pavement identified in a city-wide pavement condition assessment survey completed in 2022.
Update: Pavement repairs are currently underway on Stanford Drive south of Ridgemont Drive, on Harrison Drive west of Jupiter Road and on Bel Air Drive north of Westwood Court, Allen Communications Manager Kristi Soto said.
Timeline: Construction completion expected in March 2027
Cost: $4.87 million

Upcoming projects
Bethany Drive Bridge Repair Project
Project: The project includes repairing pavement that has settled at the west end of the bridge on Bethany Drive, which could cause safety concerns if not treated, city documents state. The project will also include replacing the adjacent sidewalk.
