Co-owners Kyle and Maggie Gordon of Dillas Primo Quesadillas have big plans for their business in 2016 with the opening of a second location in Frisco and the addition of various new menu items.
The restaurant will also continue to participate in community events, particularly for local high schools, throughout the year. This month, Dillas is closing out its winter promotional event and will award the grand prize winner with a hoverboard.
New menu items include Dillas’ primo queso, which is made with ground beef, Dillas’ guacamole sauce and Hatch chiles. The restaurant will also begin offering its popular queso in an 8-ounce cup versus the traditional 3-ounce size.
Dillas also offers its unique quesadillas salad style for a carb- and gluten-free option.
