Liberty Playground opening at Plano Windhaven Meadows Park

Liberty Playground is set to open Sept. 23 at Windhaven Meadows Park, 5400 Windhaven Parkway, Plano. The playground is designed to be accessible for a variety of children, including those with disabilities and learning differences. The city approved a deal in 2017 with Liberty Mutual, which agreed to pay for $1 million of the roughly $2 million project. www.plano.gov
