Kevin Claypool was hired as director of development and corporate relations for Lake Travis ISD on Aug. 29.  Claypool manages, marketing and corporate relations for the district while serving as executive director of the Lake Travis Educational Foundation, LTISD Director of Communications Marco Alvarado said.

“Kevin comes to us with impressive credentials and a strong record of success for managing significant fundraising activities,” Superintendent Brad Lancaster said.

Claypool previously served as vice president of development at Brentwood Christian School, where he executed the school’s fundraising.

Claypool replaces Suzanne Stone, who left the district in June to serve as the executive director of the Susan G. Komen Foundation in Austin.
