3. Wednesday is Walk or Bike to School Day.

Village Elementary School at 400 Village Commons Blvd., Georgetown, will host an event for parents, teachers and community leaders that includes a rally in the school’s gymnasium.

Representatives from Safe Place, a Georgetown Utility Systems safety program, and Georgetown Police Department will provide information on walking and biking safety.
