Armando and Susan Ocampo’s restaurant, Hello Taco, not only sells handmade and fresh food, but also fresh juices.

Customers can order different aguas frescas at the family-owned restaurant, the most popular being the Horchata and Jamaica agua fresca. The $2.44 drink is a mixture of cinnamon, rice milk and hibiscus.

The couple’s daughter Meara said the aguas frescas are ordered frequently by customers, and the fact that everything is handmade daily is what makes them unique.

“Everything is made from scratch; we’re here at 6 a.m. to prep,” Meara said. “All the juices are fresh.”

Aside from the aguas frescas, the restaurant features handmade flour tortillas, fresh guacamole, fresh marinated meats and seafood, and fresh salsas.
