1. Parker Road/Dallas Parkway intersection improvements
Street easement acquisitions and utility relocations are underway for a project to add dedicated northbound and southbound right-turn turn lanes along Dallas Parkway at Parker Road.

One- to two- westbound and eastbound lanes along Legacy Drive between Coit Road and Marchman Way are closed for concrete repairs in this multiphase project. The repair work is expected to be complete by April, weather permitting.

3. Park Boulevard/US 75 pedestrian crossing project
Construction to create a 12-foot-wide hike and bike trail from west of Enterprise Drive to the Dallas Area Rapid Transit station at Archerwood Street is nearing completion. The trail connects to the nearby Chisholm Trail.

4. Windhaven Parkway widening
Lane closures will take place on Midway Road and Communications Parkway through mid-December for a project to widen Windhaven Parkway into a six-lane thoroughfare from Gentle Way to Parkwood Boulevard. The project is expected to be complete by April 2016.

New Project: Royal Oaks Drive repaving project
Paving is underway on Royal Oaks Drive between Jupiter Road to Spring Creek Parkway where traffic is reduced to one lane. Crews hope to complete the northern portion of the roadway and begin work on the south half of the project by early December.
