Plano libraries will close at 5 p.m. and recreation centers will close at 8 p.m.on Wednesday, Nov. 25, in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Thursday trash collection will also move to Friday, Nov. 27. All city facilities, including recreation centers, municipal offices and the Plano Animal Shelter, will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 26.
