High-speed Internet service has found its way to Pflugerville.

Pflugervillle residents now have Internet service available that can download songs in a second and movies in minutes.

Suddenlink, the seventh-largest cable operator in the U.S. and a competitor of AT&T and Time Warner Cable, has launched high-speed Internet service in Pflugerville with download speeds of 300 megabits per second and upload speeds of 15 megabits per second, according to a news release.

At 300 megabits per second, a user can download 7 songs in a second or a high-definition movie in 2 minutes, according to AT&T and Google Fiber.

Suddenlink will make the faster Internet speeds available to all its residential customers in Pflugerville. The service is also available in Leander and coming soon to Georgetown, according to the news release.
