A 4,000-square-foot Mattress Firm store is slated to open in the Bee Caves West shopping center, 6317 Bee Caves Road, Ste. 260, Bldg. 2, by the end of this summer, Mattress Firm Communications Coordinator Tammy Friedeck said on June 11.
Friedeck said that the new store will maintain the same layout as the other locations of the Houston-based company. Currently there are 37 Mattress Firm locations in the Austin area and more than 1,200 stores nationwide.
The company chose this location because it noticed that many customers in its Austin stores were coming from the West Lake Hills area, Friedeck said.
"We're making sure that we're serving the local customers and making it convenient for them," he said.
The Bee Caves West shopping center is located at the intersection of Bee Caves Road and Castle Ridge Road.
