Habitat for Humanity of Williamson County is scheduled to host five home ownership information and application meetings in January in Georgetown, Cedar Park, Round Rock and Taylor throughout January.
The meetings will provide information about obtaining home ownership through the Habitat program. In order to qualify, interested families must attend an information meeting, according to a news release from the organization.
The meetings will be held:
Jan. 26 from 10 a.m.–noon at the First United Methodist Church fellowship hall, 410 E. University Ave., Georgetown, and from 2–4 p.m. at Heroes Night Out Resource Center, 1150 S. Bell Blvd., Cedar Park
Jan. 28 from 7–9 p.m. at Heroes Night Out Resource Center
Jan. 29 from 7–9 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2800 North Drive, Taylor
Jan. 31 from 7–9 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church, 1004 Mays Blvd., Round Rock
Information about the program and application requirements will be presented at the meeting. A second round of meetings are scheduled to be held in July.
Resource Development Director Jennifer Kready said the meeting is open to anyone interested in being involved with the organization or the home ownership program.
