The City of Colleyville placed second in Baylor Regional Medical Center at Grapevine's Lifestyle Improvement Challenge. The challenge, which pitted the residents of seven cities against each other in a battle to lose weight and learn healthy living skills, attracted more than 31,000 participants in Tarrant and Denton counties.

Its second-place finish won Colleyville a $15,000 grant, which city officials say will be used to promote healthy lifestyles.
