A release from the hospital states patients isolated due to COVID-19 are still not allowed patients, and two parents are allowed to visit pediatric and NICU inpatients.

Live music venues in Hays County struggle to survive during pandemic
Downtown Buda music venue and bar Tavern on Main owner Julie Renfro said she has two months to keep her business afloat due to lack of revenue and rent demands. Like many small local venues, Renfro is currently unable to host the music acts that drove her to open her business, but she hopes that she will be able persevere long enough to bring them back.
“It’s like looking in a crystal ball. It’s all foggy,” she said.

Sonesta Bee Cave Austin Hotel welcomes guests back with new safety precautions
The Sonesta Bee Cave Austin Hotel reopened to the public Aug. 5 following a temporary closure that began in June, according to The PR Boutique, a public relations firm representing the hotel. The Sonesta, located adjacent to the Hill Country Galleria at 12525 Bee Cave Parkway, Bee Cave, has implemented several safety precautions and social distancing guidelines amid the reopening.
