Pancheros Mexican Grill opened its McKinney location March 19 at 3905 W. University Drive. This is the restaurant's 71st location and first Texas location. The Iowa City, Iowa-based restaurant is known for its fresh-pressed tortillas and homemade queso. The restaurant also serves burrito bowls, quesadillas, tacos and salads.
