Sol’s Tex Mex & Tequila Bar, located at 119 W. Virginia St., McKinney, underwent new ownership Feb. 6. New owner Mario Escuedero said he plans to offer live music and salsa nights Fridays and Saturdays beginning at the end of February. Escuedero also said the front of the restaurant will eventually convert into a patio.
