Lokos Street Food expects to open in early August at 301 E. Louisiana St., McKinney. Lokos will feature street foods, mainly desserts, from other cultures. Menu items will include Japanese crepes, Greek vafliki, Mexican nieve de garrafa, snowflake ice cream, traditional Italian gelato, Vietnamese coffee, mangonadas and more.
