Grain & Berry is coming soon to McKinney, owner Brittany Ellis said.
The restaurant offers smoothies, juices, acai bowls, flatbreads and more, per its website.
Ellis and her husband, who is a retired professional football player, decided to open a Grain & Berry franchise after eating at one of the restaurant's locations while on vacation in Florida, she said.
"We use real organic acai from the actual berry, and you can taste the difference," she said. "On top of that, the service is spectacular. That's what sold Grain & Berry to us and so we hope that that is what will sell Grain & Berry to the community."
