Doner Shack plans to open a restaurant in Prosper by the end of 2026, a company representative confirmed.
The eatery’s menu features doner kebabs, chicken shawarma wraps, loaded fries and chicken tenders along with shakes and sundaes. Doner Shack also serves mustafa, a Berlin-inspired chicken shawarma with roasted zucchini and peppers on a bun.
Prosper is one of several locations planned for U.K.-based Doner Shack’s first expansion into the U.S. market, the representative said.
Doner Shack’s Prosper restaurant will be located on the corner of University Drive and Teel Parkway, near the Cracker Barrel Old Country Store that opened in May.
