Tongue in Cheek Ice Cream is expected to soft open June 15 at 526 W. Arapaho Road, Richardson. The small-batch creamery will serve premium, homemade ice cream made on-site as well as sorbet, nondairy and vegan options. Twenty-four unique flavors will be offered each month, including chocolate whiskey cake, bourbon vanilla, mango habanero, salted caramel and more.
