The Qdoba Mexican Eats located at 1930 N. Coit Road, Ste. 150, Richardson, reopened Sept. 25 after 10 days of renovations. The remodeled restaurant includes a new cooking line, kitchen improvements, new furniture, updated lighting, a community table equipped with electrical power and new signage.
