The Sylvan Learning Center will open by the end of July at 1333 W. Campbell Road, Richardson. Services include personalized tutoring, academic coaching, and advancement and test preparation. At the end of September, the business will hold a grad opening ceremony, where members of the community can meet local teachers, certified instructors and the center’s director. Specials and discounts on instruction will be available for local students.
