Eiland Coffee Roasters, located at 532 N. Interurban St., Richardson, will open a second location at 722 S. Central Expressway, Richardson. A date for the groundbreaking has not been confirmed. The business specializes in roasting single-origin coffees and blends from around the world using old-school roasting equipment retrofitted with modern technology. Orders can be placed by shops, restaurants, churches and individual customers.
