Char'd: Southeast Asian Kitchen will open by the end of this year in the CityLine development at 1251 State St., Ste. 800, Richardson. Dishes from Southeast Asia featured on the CHAR’D menu include poke bowls, bibimbap, Thai red curry chicken, steamed bun and more. Customers can also customize their own dishes. The restaurant will also serve local, craft beer, Stubborn Soda, wine and homemade ice cream.
