The Plano-based Hendrick Scholarship Foundation announced Dec. 1 the naming of a Plano ISD board trustee as its new executive director. Nancy Humphrey, the new executive director, has served as a PISD trustee since 2010. Humphrey previously served as the president of the foundation’s board of directors but has since stepped down to assume her new role. The Hendrick Scholarship Foundation provides scholarships to PISD graduates in the form of tuition support, tutoring, individual mentors and more.
