The Middleby Bakery Group is expected to open its 30,000-square-foot Bakery Innovation Center at 808 Stewart Ave, Plano, on April 11. The BIC will allow customers to test new equipment before purchasing it. The center will also allow bakers to test new equipment from Middleby and provide feedback.
