California-based Sprinkles is expected to open in March at Legacy West at 7500 Windrose Avenue, Ste. 150. This 14,000 square foot store will offer cupcakes, cookies, ice cream and the company's famous 24/7 Cupcake ATM for late-night sugar addicts. Sprinkles has 22 locations nationwide including locations in Dallas, Houston.
