Rice BB Go opened April 8 at 3291 Independence Parkway, Ste. 400, Plano. The Korean fusion restaurant offers a build-it-yourself menu, in which patrons can select their choice of protein, vegetables and sides. Some of Rice BB Go’s entrees include bento boxes, ramen and chicken wings.
