Koshi Japanese & Korean Restaurant opened Aug. 26 at 1910 N. Stonebridge Drive, Ste. 150, McKinney. The restaurant will be celebrating with a grand opening Aug. 29. During the celebration, each table will get a free appetizer. Koshi’s menu features sushi as well as Japanese and Korean food, including rice bowls, chicken katsu, yakisoba and more. 972-363-0028.
