Haywire, a Texas-themed restaurant and bar, plans to open in November at Plano’s Legacy West development, 5901 Winthrop Street, Ste. K110. The restaurant includes Texas cuisine made from locally sourced ingredients. Its bar offers an extensive wine list, craft beers and cocktails.
