The Sylvan Learning Center opened at the end of July at 1333 W. Campbell Road, Richardson. Services include personalized tutoring, academic coaching and advancement and test preparation. The business will hold a grand opening ceremony Sept. 14 from 1-3 p.m. Members of the community can meet local teachers, certified instructors and the center’s director.
