Below 40 Poke House will open at 300 Campbell Road, Richardson. An opening date has not been confirmed. The restaurant, which has three other DFW locations, serves signature and build-your-own Hawaiian sashimi fish salad bowls, also known as poke, as well as sushi rolls, smoothies and iced milk teas.
