On Sept. 1, Poor Richard’s Cafe assumed new ownership under Sonja Ryder, who had been an employee of the cafe for decades. Located at 2442 K Ave., Plano, the cafe remains a staple of downtown Plano restaurants. Poor Richard’s staff intends to maintain much of the original menu under Ryder. 972-423-1524.
