SnoTea is expected to open sometime near the end of February at 5930 W. Park Boulevard, Ste. 1200, Plano. The dessert store will serve a combination of snow ice–similar to frozen cotton candy–frozen yogurt and ice cream. SnoTea will also serve bubble tea and crepes. 469-726-2770.
